«While doing nature photography, I increasingly understand the beauty of the world around me; the art that arises between heaven and earth. And I, as an intermediary, try to capture this art and show it to as many people as possible. The importance of exhibitions, contests and thematic blogs aimed at promoting respect for nature cannot be overestimated. Clean air and environmental biodiversity are perhaps the most valuable things that we can and should pass on to future generations. I am sure that every frame that wildlife photographers take is important and gives people the opportunity to think about their own attitude to our planet, and helps reduce the harmful human impact on the environment. The earth is our home, the one and only. There was no other and will not be in the foreseeable future. Let's take care of what gave us life and the opportunity to enjoy every day spent here»

You can view the entire archive of photos in VK — everything is arranged by year and month. If you like the epistolary style, welcome to TenChat, where I try to complement each photo with my own story. The best works can be viewed on photo hosting sites 35photo.pro and RTraveler.Zen, telegram, odnoklassniki and teletype are sometimes updated, but these are far from the main platforms for publications.Choose the social network you like, subscribe, like and leave comments — for me this will be the best reward for your attention.

All the photographic works are professionally and lovingly processed by me personally and represent high-quality digital images suitable for a variety of purposes and tasks
Forest creativity
I have been removing forest carpets for a long time. Spring, summer, autumn. Sphagnum, sour cream, kukushkin flax are excellent canvases for fantasy. Not many people notice that beauty is not only in landscapes or animals, but also right under their feet. The trails we walk on consist of countless plants. Some of them are in the Red Book, some are spread all over the planet. You walk through the forest and at arm's length there is a beautiful macrocosm that we often do not notice. In the blog of the talented photographer Igor Petrovich Shpilenka, I got the idea for the photographs. He called this series "Carpets of my Homeland". The idea has sunk so deeply into my soul that I am trying to embody it in my works. And now aspen and birch leaves have already ripened to decorate the forest floor. The cuckoo's flax is in bloom. I love this story and try not to miss the opportunity to experiment with the composition. The best artist is nature. The main thing is to find the canvas that will become a work of art through the camera's viewfinder.
Flower Stories
When the weather is excellent, the sun is shining from dawn to dawn, not a cloud, I call such a sky empty, you can't take pictures of sunsets and sunrises, there are no clouds, few details. So I take my camera and go through the fields and meadows to shoot flowers in the background light. The number of midges and mosquitoes is exorbitant, but I tolerate and remove. I love this story.

Night shooting
It took years to assemble a collection of these frames. Dozens of hikes along the night village trails with a camera and a tripod at the ready.
Dawn watercolor
The first ray of the sun had already appeared above the horizon, but only reached the upper cloud. Through the thick fog over the water, dawn colors appear in the sky, reflecting in the silent lake and intertwining with plants near the shore. The fog is so thick that the silhouettes of the houses on the opposite shore are visible only to those who know that they are there. The moisture-soaked atmosphere, like a watercolor painting, washed away all the clear outlines, leaving only hints of the surrounding landscape. As a child, we used to get to the village by bus. To get to the village, it was not enough to get to the end point of the route, which is three kilometers from the village. It was still necessary to walk through the forest these last three kilometers on foot, with things, to the pier opposite the village. There were no mobile phones then, to get to the other side, you had to shout and whistle. When someone noticed people on the other side, they got into a boat and sailed. For me, this view was a frontier. I went out to the pier and realized that I had arrived in the village. And the whole summer is ahead.

Sunset Extravaganza
Every sunset is unique. There may be a place too, but the sunset that we see today will never happen again. A photo cannot convey all the splendor of a sunset, but it can remind us that every day we live will never come back. It is important not to waste time and enjoy every minute, because the world we live in is beautiful. And to understand this, sometimes it is enough to look at the evening sky.
Wild living world
The pristine forests of the national park are home to more than 45 species of mammals, 217 species of birds and other animals. Here are some of them that I was lucky enough to meet while walking through the woods near the village.

Natural photography is an interior decoration and a wonderful gift to family and friends for and without reason. Great emotions and a good memory in one letter from you!
Weaving magic into everyday life
Not only fairy tales can be magical. Literally under our feet, at arm's length, a wonderful and fabulous world of nature awaits us. The ability to snatch a small piece of life from the stream of contemplation allows you to immerse yourself in unexplored, and sometimes magical, worlds that are accessible to anyone who wants to see them. It can be a ray of the setting sun breaking through the coastal thickets; lily pads floating in the sky; forest dwellers snuggled up on the branches of trees that you won't see if you don't look closely... The world is filled with wonders to the brim, you just need to pay attention to them.
The Suprematist Forest Triptych
Passing by a white-collar worker with a basket of fresh sarcoscyphs, I was reminded of Kazimir Severinovich Malevich and his famous compositions. Without hesitation, I went down through a field overgrown with primroses to the nearest shore of the lake, where last year's leaf litter can always be found in shallow water. The palette and canvas of the awakened nature were ready and the most difficult thing remained — to find a form and fill it with content.

1. The supremacist black aspen square. Trembling poplar (Lat. Populus tremula), Deer cladonia (lat. Cladonia rangiferina).
2. The supremacist red mushroom square. Sarcoscypha austriaca (Latin Sarcoscypha austriaca), Deer Cladonia (Latin Cladonia rangiferina).
3. The supremacist white windy square. Anemone oakwood (Latin: Anemone nemorósa), Deer Cladonia (Latin: Cladonia rangiferina).

You may have noticed my comments in small print between the photo blocks and you have a question: "Why can't I just download a photo from the Internet for personal use?" My answer to this unanswered question is this: You can, of course, download a photo from the Internet and use it for personal purposes, for example, to install it on your desktop or to print it out and hang it on the wall. And if the quality of the photo that you can download from this site or from any other source is enough for you, then you don't have to read the rest of the text.

But if you want to print a large-size photo, on an interior printer, on canvas, for example, and hang it on a stretcher on the wall, then the quality of the image downloaded from the Internet will not be enough to reproduce a large size. All my photos published in the public domain have a reduced resolution recommended for publication on social networks. The difference in the quality of such a picture in comparison with the original frame is very large, because the margin of quality in the picture on a professional camera is very large. And if we talk about panoramic photos that are stitched from full frames into a single picture, then there is a margin of quality that allows you to print wallpaper with a size of, for example, 8x3 meters without loss of quality for scaling the image. Coming close to the wall with such photo wallpapers printed on an interior printer, you will be able to see if the blueberries are ripe on the other side of the lake. For a high-quality life, it is necessary to surround yourself with high-quality things. That's exactly what I'm offering you, opaquely hinting at buying original files or ordering any photo you like on physical media, the production of which I will carefully take into my own hands. To discuss any requests, you just need to email me stas@napalkin.ru

You can see the difference between a photo downloaded from the Internet and the original frame in the example below.
